Sutton Rental Agency is a real estate agency specializing in the
rental of chalets, condos, private and luxury residences or
apartments. By using the services of a qualified agent, you can
be sure of rapid and efficient service.
RESERVATION
For a
holiday rental less than twelve (12) months, the agent will require
from any prospective tenant a reservation deposit of a minimum of
30% to 50% of the rent depending upon the duration of the rental.
For a holiday or residential lease of twelve (12) months or more,
the agent will require from any prospective tenant a reservation
deposit equivalent to two (2) months' rent.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
All
sums are payable in Canadian dollars by cash, cheque bank
draft or Visa credit card (certain conditions apply). The balance
due for the rental is payable 10 days before the date of
taking possession of the property.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A
security deposit, the amount of which varies according to the value
of the property, is required when the keys are handed over in order
to ensure that the property is left in the same condition on
departure as it was found on arrival.
OPENING HOURS
The
Sutton Rental Agency is open 7 days a week from Monday through
Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 am
to 5:00 pm with a voice mail service after 5:00 pm.
ARRIVAL
Tenants
must present themselves at the Sutton Rental Agency between 1:00 pm and
5:00 pm to obtain the keys of the rental property once the
balance of the rental is paid along with the security deposit.
DEPARTURE
The
property must be vacated before 12:00 noon. The tenant must return
the keys to the Sutton Rental Agency without fail. If this is not
possible, it is the responsibility of the tenant to advise the
Rental Agency immediately and to take all measures necessary to
return the keys.
